Unupped is for you only. Upped is for both sides.
nice card but i think this idea is backwards. unuped should affect everyone and uped only you. as it is now i'd never upgade it. why you might ask because when it affects only me i have the quanta adavantage.

unless you ment it generates quanta for you for "every" spell cast on the uped one. but even still i'd never upgrade it as i'd never know what my opponent would be playing.

NOTES: First off the name of the skill that the Skinwalker has is.
Posession.
The part " :darkness :darkness : Sacrifice ; Gain control of target creature,"
means that when you play this ability
you spend 2 :darkness and scarifice this creature.
The target creature on your opponent's side then replaces the Skinwalker on
your side of the field. As is. Which Simply means it's like casting a
Twin Universe on a creature and then killing the orginal.

Note: This ability does not change any aspect of the current creature in play.
No change to any quanta needed to power any skill on it.
It keeps it's current skill. It keep any buffs or nerfs to it's power and toughness.


The part "When this creature leaves play generate a Skinwalker."
is a passive effect/ability that it only put on the stolen(posessed) creature.
The skinwalker it's self does not have this passive effect unless it was
stolen by another Skinwalker.
(Note that along with lobo is a good counter against a Skinwalker.)

This card is anything but OP. Just because it gains +3|+3 in comparison to the skill Growth's +2|+2, that extra single point raise costs an extra 11 quanta, in comparison to Growth's cost of 1.

+2|+2 for 1 quanta.
+3|+3 for 12 quanta.

Exactly which one is OP?
I wasn't saying that it was op only making a statement about the 24 :rainbow cost. If you look my Ideas were to lower it's cost and adjust it's skill cost too. both of which I might add are lower than it currently is.

NOTES: This is a new mechanic.

This stacks like poison but unlike poison it in and of it's self does not do damage.

For each "Open Wound" counter a player aquires incoming creature damage is increased by one.

This means that if you have 2 open wound counters and a Ray of Light hit's you. Then you take 3

damage for that hit. If the opposing player has 5 Ray of Lights that would be 15 damage you could recieve.

However if you have a shield that can block some creatures from hitting you when you have Wound counters

 then no damage will be taken.

With this effect it is both weaker and more powerful than poison.

Weaker because it does not do damage on it's own like poison.

Stronger becasue all incoming creature damage will hit harder.

Purify and purity counter will also counter this effect as will any healing spell.

(This is like if a wound was healed by magic so that no wound was there.)

Spells that will remove "Open Wound" counters are.  Purify,Purify(uped) ,

Heal,Improved Heal ,Holy Light,Holy Flash ,Luciferin,Luciferase ,Miracle,Improved Miracle

Healing from permanents will not remove these counters.

As someone once told me about a card I made costing 24 :rainbow quanta. "If you feel that should be the cost then it's a good sign it's Overpowered"  While I may or may not have agreed with that statement at the time. It is a strong factor in that direction.

1. Lower the casting cost.  If it's any quanta to be used to cast a creature 2X the attack power + 1 per 5 hp is a good place to start.
2. Keep the +3 | +3 boost but make it a different cost. Like Pay X For +3 | +3.  X = current attack power.

Those are my Ideas anyway.

Yea the cloud is back ;D. Like the twist on the skill. Altho I think the cost is a little low. Maybe 4 :air | 4 :air (only on th upgraded one because it has 6 hp)

I'm gonna play OldTrees here for a bit on the cost issue.

Cost =  Attack power + Skill cost(active + passive) + HP(0-5 free +1 per upto each 5 points after) + Element bonus + Upgreaded(if uped)

unuped

Attack P = 0
Skill cost = 5(based on FireFly Queens break down)(FFQ's skill is worth 3 because it's off element and cost)
Hit points = 0
Ele Bonus = -1 (Life creatures are 1 cheaper)
so finial cost for unuped is 4

uped

Attack P = 0
Skill cost = 6(it gives a stronger creature with each turn so +1 cost other wise same as above)
Hit points = 0
Ele bonus = -1
Upgrade bonus = -1
so finial cost for uped is 4


So based on current standing 4 :life | 4 :life

Cost with this card really depends on what you this the Skill cost should be worth.

Now enough of me chaneling OldTrees.
I think the the Seed | Bud skill should be  a Pay to generate like FFQ's (only with  :water) and the cost cheaper as it really is a weak creature skill aside. Overpowered this creature is not.

Nice concept. Really like it but I have to agree the +10 hp upon death is a bit much. + 5 should be fine.

Well Zblader I don't relish the task you have set yourself here with the sword. It's gonna be just a hard as my "Runes" seires. I thought of the sword first and based the runes on it with a few other ideas in mind as well. (Like debuffing perments. I.E. weapons and shields.)  Oh and please note from what Keal Hate told me when I was doing that seires Shield's skills are active. The damage reducting on shields is the passive part. 
Anyway if any of the runes I made befor can help please feel free to steal them in making this Weapon better. Or even if they spark an idea for you in this feel free to use it in anyway.

If the shield is frozen it has no effect for those 3 turns just as if the
weapon is frozen.
so does it completely nullify the shield or just take away it's special effect. If you froze a solar shield would it no longer block damage or no longer produce  :light, or would it no longer do both?
It totaly nulls the shield. If you freeze the weapon it no longer deals damage nor can you use it's ability until it unfreezes. I view this effect being the same on the shield too. Thats why the Ice Maiden has to deal damage to the opponent for the effect to happen. Even then it's only a "chance" to freeze the shield. (as the card stands right now, after all it's a W.I.P.)(Work in progress)
