NOTES:
This one were barely based on the "twin paradox" of special relativity. Also I was thinking of making cards for mill decks on Elements, and came up with this.

• If your opponet has a full hand or is using Sanctuary, the ability fails to activate, but still consumes one :time quantum.

What happens if the opponent has a full hand already, like might be the case with fractal or nightmare?

If would make sense to have it fail to activate, just like hourglasses do.

I like the idea.  Difficult to play with, but makes stall decks able to win by deckout much easier.

Yes, the ability fails to activate. Added it to the notes.

I LOVE this card. It looks to be an amazing win condition in stall decks, but with a large danger of giving your opponents the cards they need. Seems pretty balanced. ^^ Although I DO have a question.

How would this card react with Sanctuary? Would it simply not work? Would it work, because it would count as messing with the deck, not hand? Or would the card be subtracted from the deck, only to evaporate into oblivion because it's unable to reach it's target?

I did not think about it when I made the card. But this last option is the one that makes more sense. So that's it, the card your opponent would draw is destroyed.

Force your opponent to draw is interesting and not in game yet. I made two cards using this ability:
- Snap | Snap Koppesh (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25302.0.html) is a weapon which limits the number of time you can force the draw.
- Water Clock | Clepsydra (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,29497.0.html) is a duo card with an ability costing :time :time which then also limits the ability to force the draw.

The problem with your version is than you can "force draw" up to 6 times per turn with a low cost. You will then deck your opponent out in no time. In other words forced draw is more powerful that it looks. You might want to consider increasing the cost.

How would this card react with Sanctuary? Would it simply not work? Would it work, because it would count as messing with the deck, not hand? Or would the card be subtracted from the deck, only to evaporate into oblivion because it's unable to reach it's target?

I think it is falling in the wording "your hand cannot be altered during your opponent turn". Therefore nothing should happen. To destroy the card would be even more powerful than to force the draw.

Yeah, I know. But it's simple logic. Your opponent's hand cannot be altered, but the deck can, so your opponent draws a card without altering their hand.

What happens to the card? It disappears, obviously.

Maybe, then, this should be turned into a spell?

I agree with SnoWeb the cost should be increased this card is to strong the way it is currently and you can deck someone out very easily with it. This will help make Time a stronger mono element.
