Yes, I agree, it is not a creature. That's what I have been saying this entire time. It has been changed now, but this was originally a creature, which is where the argument was from.

First of all this has never been a creature, it has always been a spell. Secondly I haven't edited this card idea as you can see by the lack of "edited" markings on the first post.

As a conclusion..

I am really sorry, I'm honestly not sure why i thought this was a creature to begin with. I guess I just took a quick look at it and then jumped to conclusions. When you said "Um.. it's not" I assumed you meant that it shouldn't be a spell, and I responded because I thought that you didn't have any reasoning. I apologize for the miscommunication, I'll try not to post unproductively in the future, and make sure I read the card in detail before posting.

And by the way, I know it's a creature, but...

Good luck with recovering from 2 piglies in starting hand.
Btw, where does your piggie go if your opponent already has 7 cards in hand?
They cannot discard cards on your turn, and at their turn the game assured they have only 7 max.
So, either
1. force them to discard a card on your turn
2. you cannot play the card
3. you play the card but it doesn't enter their hand (effectively goes out of the game)

I prefer 3, as it is the most liberal option.

The name and art are an issue.  (Yes, I see it is NOT a creature or a permanent but IS a spell.)  The spell card art implies a creature that cannot be played (and that creature has a name: Pigley.)

This card in its present form is for a different kind of card game--like Old Maid or Go Fish.

Art is not that big of a deal really because cards like Steal look like creature too but are not. But you are right, when combined with that name, it's a big problem.

My initial plan was to have a kind of small "Voodoo Statue" that would fit the theme much better than a pig. Unfortunately I couldn't find a good image for that so I had to go with Pigley.

I'll try to find good art for it and then change the whole card art and name. Maybe I'll use Pigley as another card.

I've had an issue with it being called Pigley as soon as I saw it. Then I saw it was SG who posted it... :p
