Seems kinda weak to me.  For the same cost I could have a Mummy instead.  More health and I don't have to sacrifice a creature every turn. 

I'd think about either letting you sacrifice non-worthy creatures to attack or having it be one sacrifice to enable repeated attacks.

The original version was in deed "Sacrifice any creature". Especially in Death, this could be more of an advantage than a cost though, so that would be too strong. But I agree, this one could use some small buff. Maybe just a small stat boost/price reduction?

Seems sort of weak unless there's some way to spam worthy creatures to sacrifice...well fractal minor phoenixes could work to a degree if there's some way to quanta balance. Besides that, I don't see any other good uses.

I think this is an interesting card.  It works nicely with the various death effect cards like bonewall, soulcatcher, condor, boneyard.  (yes, I know skeletons can't be sacrificed to it, but they help mitigate the cost in the first place)  The mechanic, while ostensibly a drawback, can be used to advantage in several situations.  It would work nicely with things like shard of patience, all the death cards I mentioned already, and it would be good against things like shard of sacrifice, and somewhat resistant to things like sundial or certain shields.  (fireshield, dimshield, etc; you can just wait them out)

Two quick points, though:

1) Singularity.  Pretty sure that's not a 'worthy creature' either :p
2) What happens if you play adrenaline on this?  Would it attack once and stop, or attack multiple times, or attack multiple times if you sacrifice multiple creatures?

Thanks for your comment and the hint about Singularity!
With Adrenaline, it would simply attack multiple times everytime one creature is summoned and never if none is.

Dammit I was just thinking of this idea. I would have gone for higher stats though, say 12|6 for 6 :death . I like your touch with the creature have to be "worthy". What would happen if the ability was lobotomized? Would the Shade just sit there not attacking? Also, since it is "feeding", would it gain a poison counter from scorps/physilia? Just some food for thought

I don't know what the quanta cost to attack ratio should be, but this card fits the death element so much -kill something in order to harm the opponent. I am surprised a card of similar effect isn't already patched into the game.

Yup, Drake's card is about the same except without weak sacrifices.

At least this one doesn't murder its owner.

Nice idea.

Reduce cost 3/2 would be good. Also, make it able to attack multiple times per turn and remove the worthy creature rule, or make it apply to cost 0 creatures. Potentially give it momentum. Also, it would be cool to see something like "feeding shade gains +1/+1 when it deals damage" to make it fit better with it's name.
