seems good, caps pretty much all creatures' attack at 5, 'cuz not too many momentumed creatures with >5 attack. Pretty fitting, good numbers, I'd use it if I had a  :gravity deck.

Don't you think it's a bit OP since it can cut a Dragon's attack by 1/2 with only 3  :gravity?

gravity shield cut it to none...
and both are equally vulnerable to small creatures...

Actually there are a few dragons that bypass Gravity Shield, like  :darkness.
Also, this can also block creatures with momentum, where as Gravity Shield cannot.

   To clarify, I don't think any shields can block Momentum(maybe except for this one (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,23438.0.html)), and this isn't an exception. xD It's in the notes too.

  Dragons aren't the only offensive creatures. :p  Sure, most dragons will only be dealing roughly half their damage.  So will Shrieker rushes.  But FFQ won't.  Mono-Life won't either.  It's just as situational as Gravity Shield.  Like you said, a Black Dragon can bypass GS.  An Ice Dragon however will deal NO damage.  NONE.  Why isn't this considered OP?  It's situational.

Setting the maximum damage at 5 was a good idea and a wise placement.

I think that the casting cost is a bit low (+0 -- +2 :gravity)

It is a fitting effect for Gravity (although having all attacks deal 4 damage would be more fitting and a cheaper shield.)

This card has my support!

A decent shield, only shaves a few attack off most creatures (except dragons) which is what most shields do anyway. It's like a middle finger to all creatures that gain attack one way or another since there would be no point in growing them above 5 attack

I'm going to use OldTrees' suggestion and change the cost from 5|3 to 6|4.
@Rutarete: Having the unupped cap at 4 makes it stronger than the upped one. xD
