so nothing with momentum can do damage against this shield or momentum doesn't affect damage?

They do not attack, meaning they don't deal damage.  Its basically like their attacks are blocked.

gravity shield already blocks a lot of gravity's attacks
and now this one...

cool idea though, I don't think it's should be gravity however

Huh. So this is a follow-up shield? Play an impossible shield, so the opponent momentum's their creatures, and then you play this, and they're like FUUUUUUU. Only problem with that is... That only works if the opponent has Momentum. Why wouldn't I use Shield | Tower Shield instead?
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

Why would steel prevent creatures with momentum from attacking?
Why would creatures with momentum (aka better at attacking) be worse at attacking someone with a hunk of steel?
Not to mention that we do not want a shield, momentum, steel shield, uber momentum, ... arms race.

What value would this add to the game to justify its existence?

I don't like seeing OldTrees always commenting about the concept of the card and not its mechanics, but it's quite understandable in this case. Momentumed creatures even pass through Diamond shield, so how does momentumed creatures get blocked by steel, which is supposedly weaker than diamond?

Also Gravity is one element that already has weird card correlations where a perfect counter for one card lies in the exact same element: i.e. gravity pull and momentum. Gravity doesn't need any more of such cards.

Even without that, the card has the same cost with Solar Shield but really useless.

Just like gravity shield works with plates and BB's to stop opponent creatures, this works with momentum. The name could use a rework.
It doesnt make a lot of sence, although im sure it could be effective and it beats shield/tower shield in cost for monos. I think gravity should have a different kind of shield, instead of a combo shield, how about a strong standalone shield?
