You may use the trainer, but you're not allowed to use the "More Quantum" cheat if you do. You deck also cannot contain token cards obtained from said Trainer. (E.g. if you post a deck with Malignant Cell, Ash, etc... in the actual decklist, I will not accept it. A deck with Aflatoxin/Phoenix is still okay.)
