Scared Girl im not trying to be rude here or saying that you are not doing your job well enough but we need more than 1 person doing everything. Take day 5-6 for example or when we were in alpha we had a time period where nothing happened for ages. That could all be fixed if you taught 2 or 3 people how to do everything for each day. I am saying this because i would really like WoE to succeed but it cant if days dont come as they are planned and people will lose interest. I would be happy to help - You might have to take a little time to teach me but i believe it would be worth it in the long run - and i also understand if that was the case i would have to drop out of WoE and i am fine with that

Like Matrim said, why not just make a poll? Ask for the opinions of everyone in the community rather than just the opinions of a couple of vets/TOs. Don't get me wrong, the TOs would have the final say, but it might help to get an estimate of what would work.

Do you mean a "What time is best for you poll?" Because we have done that before (Before i became a TO and everything so a while back) but if you guys want that i can set it up

My poison deck just wasnt able to do enough damage in enough time to finish 9270984 off. Easy win for 9270984. Good game

For the third game i had modified deck as little as possible in case 9270984 wanted me to play that deck so i came in with the ghostmare and i couldnt be bothered changing decks for the last game so i gave it a try. I think it was obvious that i was a newb when it came to this deck i just didnt know how to play it. Good games 9270984 you had brilliant decks and played really well

I like Gorthos idea, most of it anyway.

Why not make a quiz on tourney rules instead, and make everyone who wants to play the tourney take the quiz (retakes allowed until they pass - and once you take it you don't have to re-take it for subsequent tourneys).

Should be a weekly quiz, 10 questions, 5 based on the basic rules, 5 based on the tourney specific rules.
Player should get at least 8/10 to be able to participate.
3 attempts only, answers are not shown after answering when making the quiz (it is an option)
Questions should be really easy and obvious, so that if anyone fails to make the 8/10 clearly wasn't paying attention or didn't read the rules.

This would mean tourney ideas would have to be up early, otherwise anyone can participate, also there is a quiz section so this idea is very easy to implement.  This will show that you know the rules and are ready to play.

The problem with this idea is that while we try to make sure that we have players who know the rules we arent just trying to stop newbs from having fun. Instead we are trying to stop people that make multiple accounts to try to win through a tournament. We are trying to stop CHEATERS. This isnt fool proof but then nothing really is and for now it is the best we can do. So please elements community please understand why we are putting this rule in and really if your a newb and you are serious about a tourney then it takes 10 - 15 minutes to get those posts by helping the community.

I tried the same deck as it worked so well. This match was the closest of the lot coming down to a well timed BH on Napalms behalf in about the 4th turn stopping me for that one turn and thus securing the win for her. Good Matches Napalm you are a brilliant player and deserve the win.

Every time i played a creature Onizuka would just Rage Potion it, and by the time he ran out of RP's he had his shield up. We disconnected but i had no hope of winning so i gave the win to Onizuka. Good Game

Game 2 - Win
I was able to get my creatures out earlier and deal enough damage so that once his shield chain broke up i was able to poison him to death. This was the last decent game...Good game Onizuka.

Why I would make a good War team member

Hey fellow players and Generals, I believe i would be a valuable team member for the upcoming 4th war because i have been a part of this community for almost a year and i know my way around it well. In addition to that i have been playing the game for almost 2 years so i have plenty of experience. I also hold a position in the Elements Community as a Tournament Organiser. Part of that job is to make sure duels happen on time and that things are sorted out quickly with minimal fuss, these two skills would make me ideal for a position as a Duel Organiser. I have also participated in the Aether trials and while i didnt do to well i believe that i have learnt a whole new range of deckbuilding skills as i watched and learned from better and more experienced players than I. I have participated in many Tournaments and while i have never won one i have had a few close calls to winning it. I was also a top contender in the previous seasons BL which requires dedication and time. I have participated in many PvP events and I have proven that I am a decent player in several of these events. In the event Metamorphis I am a close second to another player in my color group (This is because they have finished their match while i still have to do mine). I hope that i have convinced you mighty Generals to accept me into one of your teams, through the skills i have previously pointed out.
