-The effect doesn't stack.
-If you can't discard then you simply don't.
-If you're holding 8 cards at the end of your turn you discard a single card as usual.

Things to know:
This does not stack.  If you have two of these out, and you play your 24th creature, you still only have to sacrifice one creature.
There is a comma missing grammatically in the card description.  I forgot to fix this in the last rebalance.  I'll fix this in the next rebalance.

Keke here are my entries.

All copies of creatures appear on their respective sides.
If the number of creatures goes over 23, then no more creatures will spawn.
EDIT: Also, its 5 :aether and 4 :aether, not random. Sorry.
