Make this Card Entry: Fountain of Forgetting

Notes:
-The effect doesn't stack.
-If you can't discard then you simply don't.
-If you're holding 8 cards at the end of the turn you discard a single card as usual.

Any comments or suggestions? A better sounding name would be appreciated - my vocabulary is letting me down here.

An interesting card could be devastating to certain decks especially rainbows where every card has to count. Seems balanced to me both players suffer from it and to use it you need to have a deck built around it or you risk hurting yourself more than the opponent.

I also like the name as is I think it fits the card well.

I like it reminds me of MTG days, but there needs to be some sort of Combo for this card for me to love it.

But why cannot it stack? If it doesn't stack, there is almost no reason to take 6 of them. Well, yes there kind of IS if you want to get one early which is of course great but then you would have 5 dead cards in your hand if your opponent doesn't have permanent control.

Then again you could use those 5 dead cards for discarding.

This card could probably be effective in a Pillar heavy deck. You get to play those Pillars as soon as you draw them but you opponent has bunch of non-pillars and he has to keep discarding.

I think it would be extremely overpowered if it stacks. If both player has 6 copies of this card, then they'll both discard their entire hand every turn.

At least discarding happens after you play your cards. Otherwise this card will be extremely broken...

My problem is discard based cards have been made before.  All you did was apply an already thought of idea to a picture that didn't fit it, simply so you could enter a contest.

That being said, it is a good card idea.  I'd prefer a different name, picture, and element, but I suppose it's one of the better entries.  I could go both ways =/

So what? Discard is a staple of every major CCG, but is completely absent in Elements. Chemist thought of a useful card and made it fit within the confines of the contest. I see no problem with that.

I like this card, but as others have said, it should stack. This, of course, would absolutely destroy a lot of false gods that tend to hold on to their cards (Rainbow, Miracle, Morte, Scorpio, Gemini, Paradox, Destiny... you get the picture). So I don't know, stack or no stack, it's very powerful.
