Maybe you are just unlucky with this I've had really bad and slow starts vs Neptune, Decay, Gemini, and Miarcle.  Miracle finally got me once with a Pegaus blessed and diving for 32 dmg a turn by turn 3.  I find CCYB decent but the lack of CC sometimes can be to annoying, also boring as hell to play then again all FG grinders get boring after awhile, this deck could be tweaked a little, but Phase Shields are not the only stalls, shards and plagues can help stall.  Not drawing any of the cards within in the first few turns to stall so many times is fishy.   When I asked about FG exp I dont know how often you grind, I have 3k+ wins 2k of them are FG wins as I barely PVP/Grind Top50

Im currently working on a more time based with rewinds more eternities, balancing it has proven to be a royal pain.

It takes a while to set up, do you have a lot of exp with these false gods?  Your %s are very low, I think mine are a bit high, luck on quite a few games, Im working on my 2nd round of 100 games I think the % should be closer to 45-50%.

I mean Neptune/Decay Ran over you They are fairly easy (decay is pesky all hope looks lost against him but sticking with it he normally goes down)

Also Miracle/Gemeni destroyed you.

Advice
Stall, Stall, Stall in the time taking to stall start establishing control, I almost always draw a shield withing 2-3 turns if none in hand.  Use plagues when they are available generally earlier use for them help you establish control along with shields and shards. 

I'm sure a lot of your losses you weren't far from establishing control.

I have been playing Mindtheft for a bit and looking at this version I feel like something can be a serious problem: Mindtheft is 40 cards only and it happens already to have games without any mindgate / shield / lobo in starting hand and like 4/5 first draws which is quite automatic loose (mindgate and shield for obvious reasons, no lobo for destiny or mutants FG...) Isn't that really amplified with your 60 cards deck? I mean hourglasses helps here but still... Although looking at your stats it seems to still work fine  :o
I find that it works better this way, I have problems with minetheft more often than this, you can't use a lot of the cards with mindtheft, so it balances better, and I often get a mindgate within the first few turns, Ive gone threw 3 phase shields without one and stalled long enough to take over.  The big advatage even with only one eternity is play it once you establish control and draw 3-4 of the same creature for the big smack down.

The 6 hourglasses help speed it up quite a bit compared to 40 cards with no drawing cards of your own.

i'm really, really liking the look of this deck
i mean 6 of everything....*mindorgasm*
only needing to upgrade a few plague and time pendulum then i'll seee for myself just how fun this could be
I'd suggest trying it in the trainer, it can be kinda tricky to play at times, I played the first 55 games in the trainer, then the rest so far as my main deck.  I have 3 phase shields not upped, 2 Time Pendulams.  The 3 plagues for sure need to be upped. 

A lot of games I've won I have been very skeptical of them and almost quit out, it for sure stalls, and does very well vs FG without a lot of perm control or none.  The 6 explosions are important for the feral bonds for some fgs.

Generally I play Lobo Early vs a lot of FGs over eternity once control is established bounce back the creatures you want of theirs and draw them with mind gates.  Sneak attack the FGS with miracles.

This deck can also can make you really petulant.

I was shocked at the %s that it beats some gods, And have to say the wins over Rainbow, Seism, Eternal Phoenix, were extreme flukes.  Lots of games won and lost were close.

And yes I was playing offline for a while,  I reconnected so it could save

This deck was posted before the 1.32 game update and as a result may work very differently now.  Use at your own risk.

So I've been playing around sometime now with Mindtheft and found a common problem not being able to play the FGS cards of their marks.  Adding Quatum Towers Just threw off the balance to much so I put this together as a massive abomination of a deck.  While it gets boring at times, it can be fun to play.

Shards/Shields needed to stall
Explosions (obvious) over steals because of cheap cost and you don't need anymore permanents with this deck.
Improved Plague = Cheap Mass Creature Control while your stalling.

No its not quanta heavy anywhere, nor light, slow starts generally will still give just enough to stall.

Obviously I didn't mean both elite queens to be dropped and they were last on the list, big reason dropping is Jade shield they don't do a ton of damage.  A single Fate egg is about worthless.  Aresnic is good but adding an eternity would be much better, or even a Lobo  Eternity is almost a must vs Miracle

Don't know why I put ad quintessence into the orginal post though, I was thinking  :aether but really meant Twin Universe

Every time I see an upgraded nymph in a deck, I always assume that the person just randomly made a deck from the trainer, since no one upgrades nymphs.

Have you ever tested this deck? I tried, and it suffers from horrible quanta lack even with dragons switched to otyughs.

Make sure to test the deck and see if it works before posting it.
Major Reading Fail

I guess you didnt read the entire post, Yes I tested it in the top 50 It went 77-23 in 100 games NO FARMS, It plays right around the same in PVP.  I haven't recorded stats since but  played this deck quite often atleast 20-30 games a day.

And yes my Nypmh is upgraded, Its been upgraded since the nymphs came out, I got it within a week of the oracle.  I left elements for quite some time just recently came back.  The extra 1 HP has helped quite a bit. 

And I have seen several Nymphs in PVP upgraded, and even in top 50 decks.

I dont seem to have quanta issues hardly ever, not even against Devours/fractacal
