If you keep track of the new card ideas, there are many, many duplicate ideas. Many duplicate names as well. "Singularity" for example has been used at least twice as a card name. I figure by the time cards make it to the Armory Zanz will basically have a list of cards he already thought of.

The War/Trials will be like this as a permanent thing. Nothing else is real in depth to prevent people doing the card ideas. In fact in the last 2 weeks Card ideas have been at a high producing more ideas per day since the Crucible started.
