Read the card info yourself. Nowhere is there any mention of a passive ability already existing.

Yes. It feels weird to post this right under $$$man's idea because the two ideas seem extremely similar. Ever since Airborne passive came out, I was thinking about passives such as amphibians, aquatic, insectoid, humanoid(?), etc., and I'd like to make sure that i'm not copying $$$'s idea.

Water-Proof cards are all nuetral/water cards. Maybe a few others could become this type, who knows?

This would change 'Flooding' to kill all non-water-proof instead of that long boring thing it is now
I like shorter descriptions, so I made an ability that fit
