I'd go with that. 75% would theoretically shut down a deck 3 out of every 4 games, while 40 | 60 % is closer to Dusk shield probability. Much more favorable, as the less it effects you the better

I think that 50% - 75% is too much for the car effect.
Perhaps reducing it to 5 :entropy|7 :entropy with a 30%|45%?
