This idea has been attempted multiple times before, here's one example of an attempt (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,5448.0.html) at a mind control card.

Generally, this concept is frowned upon by the community.

I've seen it before, this is a temporary effect however.
Maybe I should lower the durration further?

I know there was a mind control card that had almost the exacy same effect as this card, except it was darkness instead.

What I'm trying to say is that how would you justify making a type of card that is disliked by the community and is one Zanz would be hesitant to implement?

EDIT: Found the card I was looking for, it's this one (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21397.0.html).

Justifying it isn't my job, my task is to make it appealing.

If you don't justify the card breaking a design taboo, it does hurt it's appeal. Just saying.

Not much I can suggest for now except mabye a +1 cost raise.

mind control is more like darkness.
i honestly don't see the problem with temporary mind control cards, infact in concept it should already have been applied in darkness AGES ago, thats just my honest opinion.
My theory to as why people frown upon these cards is simple.

1: it hurts their style of playing the game
2: the concept of taking over someone elses creatures is just simply annoying to them, but inexplicably, even if its just temporary.

to be honest i find that copying one of the opponents creatures with PU and then killing the exact same creature with lightning is not different in anyway to permanent mind control.
and this is NOT permanent mind control, its temporary.

FINALLY, someone who supported the temp mind-control argument with decent facts. But I'd still give a +1 cost to the card to be on the safe side - raptor's version costed 4 | 6.

Id make the unnuped the one cost 4 and leave the upped with 3, that way it would make an inversion effect.

4 cost for 3 turns
3 cost for 4 turns

5-4 cost for 2-3 turns? for just temporary effect? too expensive, it makes PU look cheap.
