It can get a larger bonus each turn than any current 'Growth' creature, even the unupgraded one. It can also be cast on turn 1 easily, even unupgraded. It can also fit into just about any deck. These things should not all go together.
The cost is relatively low when using random quanta, there is a good chance it won't take crucial quanta and you would try to cast necessary things before using the ability. It's easy to drop a Nova or Supernova and have plenty of quanta to spend on this guy (or even two of this guy). Comparatively, an Immolation requires another creature to be sacrificed if you want to rush out an early Lava Golem. The same goes for the cost of the ability - Lava Golem has strict requirements, while this does not, making it instantly better.
Other than that, a creature with 'Growth' ability as the focus should not really be in the 'Other' category. Entropy/Gravity could work. To make it more entropic and less OP, maybe change the ability to something like:
2
: This creature gets +4|+0 or +0|+4 at random.
