Card does not fit the current round's rules. (No quantum generated).

Special Rules:

From the Blueprints :
- The card's ability must involve "Generate Element X and Generate Element Y." Element X must be the card's element, and element Y must be another specified element.

Example :
"Generate  and Generate  each turn.

Just a heads up - in the future, you can replace the second "http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27366.new.html" you put in the "[url]" tags with the card name - the link will still work.

Also, does it mean it has to generate both elements at the same time or can it generate them at separate instances?
