Nice card. An alternative to hourglass.
Overall, hourglass seems better for decks with high cost cards or mono-time, and this one looks better for decks that can empty their hand quick.
I'm a bit worried about it though because imagine this in a deck with only low cost non-time cards.
Like time-earth-fire for example....draw the 8 cards, play all the towers, explosions, earthquakes, fire bolts, minor phoenixes, shards, and maybe shriekers from them, and a few turns later, when you accumulated another 8 time quanta, do it again.
If used well, this can draw twice as many cards than a hourglass for the same amount of quanta.
Basically, it does the same as fractal....except your don't get 8 copies of a small creature in your hand, you get 8 cards from your deck...including control cards like explosion, steal, etc...and those cards can even produce quanta to pay for others, and your next draw spell. So it is a lot stronger than fractal. It also wins games against other time decks by forcing deck out. And this doesn't even count the fact that you'll most likely get another copy of this, which you can play again 2-3 turns later.
A deck with 6 of these, amethyst towers, a few time towers, 6 supernovas, 6 cremations, many low cost creatures and some control cards of all elements, like 2-3 card of each element...add a few ruby dragons or firestorms to spend all those fire quanta, and a time mark. This way you can basically draw through your entire deck in the first 8-10 turns AND play every single card from it, from steals, shards and growing creatures to quintessences and ever ruby dragons or mass creature-kill spells.
If this card does get added, I'll certainly play 6 copies.
