The EC would allow up to 12 upgrades. No problem this round.

Still believe it's interpretation of rules to say that Light's psiontal last round could've had 3 pillars upgraded. Here the extra upgrades would not be in pairs

As the pillars are now treated as in-element, upping them counts as in-element ups. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
