It's rumored to hold great powers regarding the elements from "another world", which I showed by it generating spells in the player's hand. SERIES:

Drawing an extra card every turn is something that should be special and we already have enough effects that do it.

I think the rate should be:

50% - Your Element
40% - Your Opposites Element
10% - A random element

So that way, the card could be useful half of the time

It's different enough, I think.  It's not drawing anything from your deck specifically, it's drawing cards from a pool of everything out there.  It's kind of like Fate Egg for spells...actually, come to think of it, maybe it should be redone in that direction.  Drawing a card every turn is a bit on the OP side.  Toss out the upkeep cost, and just have it read "2: Sacrifice Omnitron to add a random spell card to your hand."

Already somewhat strong as it is - the unpredictability is part of the balancing factor.

I wasn't thinking of that when I made the card, but interestingly it's very similar to Smurrf's suggestion. The sacrifice effect seems a bit thematically off as I wouldn't expect a landmark to drain itself of power to that degree...

Not entirely sure if blending elements from WoE into the game is such a good idea, but I like the mechanic.
