Round 1 - Duels

It's time to start the War!

Find your opponent from the list below and PM him/her to find a suitable time to fight.

You have 4 days to make this fight happen. If you are unable to fight, please ask for one of your team members (or master) to fight for you, using your deck. Each team can do this only 3 times during the whole War event.

If the fight doesn't happen, both players lose and have to discard 30 cards, unless one player was clearly more active in trying to find a suitable time.

We are using a "best-of-three" method, which means each battle consists of up 3 matches with the winner being the first player to get 2 wins. Remember, you have to play all duels with the same deck and same mark.

After the battle
Winner starts a new topic here http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,166.0.html .

For example if "KingKiller" fights "LordOwner", and wins 2-1, he will start a topic titled: KingKiller 2 - LordOwner 1

In that topic KingKiller will post his deck, and give a short explanation on how the battle went. LordOwner will then reply to that same topic posting his deck. He can also talk about the battle if he so chooses but that's optional. Everyone can join the discussion in any of these results topics.

i am worried however about my player valuka...none of the team air members have seen him and he's not responding to my pms... i was just informed that he's in t50 tho, so hopefully he's around

why limit the rule, that other players could play for them.

why not making it unlimited, but only something like "24h before time is up" or something

I'm sorry, but my fight with Smokefree will have to wait until Thursday. I need today, Tuesday and Wednesday to finish a school project, but Thursday I will have plenty of free time.

Cutting it a little close But, if thats all we have to work with it shouldnt be an issue barring any more Tornado's cross threw my area.  Ill be on roughly 8pm EST.  Thursday.

ATTENTION MASTERS WITH INACTIVE MEMBERS!!!

If it looks like your team member won't be fighting during round one, you have 3 options:

1. Temporarily replace that team member with any other team member, including yourself. Temporary replacement player will use the same deck and mark and the original player would have used. Penalty for using this: you cannot salvage any cards if you win!

2. Permanently replace the inactive member with any other player you can find. This new player joins the team as a full member. You can do this only once during War.

3. Take an automatic loss.

Hey SG? Are you going to continually update the battles each day to see who and who hasn't battled each other yet? Or will you simply redirect the results to the other thread in the WAR section?
