I would prefer Dive, actually.

Yep, overpowered. I know Aether is really awesome, but there's no fun in making a card that can multiply the efficiency of spam decks. Get rid of the Immortal and maybe bump up costs.

Bumping up costs and getting rid of Immortal won't really do very much to balance this out...

I have 1 Armaggio I then play 6 Ball Lightnings and before ending my turn I use Convergence.

I now have a 30/25 creature... Immortal? WITH a random ability?

If you take away the immortal, I could just give it Quintessence. Or even better, Momentum before that.

How about only being able to combine TWO creatures? I think it wouldn't be all too OPed once spam decks are out of the picture. besides the ability is random, you really wanna use 3 cards to get a card with an ability which may be only of limited use? Maybe the card would fit more with entropy? maybe dualcost aether/entropy if possible?

"Anti-Matter" is not an ability but infact just an attack power modification.

Sure, it could gain the ability to turn others antimatter.

I don't believe those are copyable statuses. Besides, it doesn't copy anything about the creatures other than their total attack and total HPs.

I still don't see how, except in the ball lightning / spark scenario, combining creatures would be that big of an advantage. The immortality was only tacked on to make it seem worthwhile.

The random skill is there to replace all those that would be lost.

This is ridiculously powerful. And you don't see it!

Mob-Rush decks are extremely stable ways of getting a lot of damage onto the table.
Fire-Fly Queen decks were probably one of the most popular Farming decks when Elements was still relatively new.
Now, we see Fractal, Malignant Cells, Graveyards, Pharaohs and any other number of cards which have mob-spawning elements...

A field full of Malignant Cells would give you a 24/24 creature.. Add a few dragons and you're looking at something with 50 offence... It's just too strong.

the difference between 24 1/1s and 1 24/24 is that a fire storm, thunderstorm, fire shield or thorn carapace would kill 1/1s very quickly. Also anything that lowers damage by 1 would easily hold them off. This could easily make a 12/12 monster that's immaterial and has momentum. Or better yet, steal. If you're going to fuse monster it should be 2-3 and not be immaterial.
