3.8/5 - cool theme, and though the mechanic isn't new, I like it. However, I'm concerned about balance with chaining Limbo in a rush deck.

Text: When Saboteur leaves the field, you may destroy a target permanent during your next draw phase.
Notes: Wording prevents this card from triggering on the enemy turn and thus avoids the coding issue of "player using cards during opponent's turn."
If you cancel the effect during your draw phase no card is destroyed.

2/5 - I see what you're trying to do, but there's a flaw: Only one of those 2 (3) junkies will have gravity pull, which, for 7 cost, is too expensive to be really worthwhile.

Notes: soft counter. The Demon won't be able to get -1/-1 on creatures that begin as smaller because he gets the same bonuses. Also, the Ground is going to be used with small creatures and creature spawners since you need the mass to gain unequal benefits from it.

3/5 Lots of interactions! Maybe a little exploitable with mass CC or poison (mass poison would give a +1|+1 for each creature poisoned, every turn!)
