Note: Attack creatures means creatures that actually hit you. Creatures whose full attack is blocked by a shield can not attack you, therefor it does not count them.

Other Notable Things:

Bonewall, Dissipation Shield/Field, Dim/Phase, Fog Shield, Dusk Mantle do not prevent creatures from attacking, they just cause the creatures to either miss or attack something else, so the weapon still counts those creatures as attacking creatures.

Sundial will negate this weapon's attack for one turn.

Max Damage for one is only 24. Flying 6 of them would equate to 144, IF the opponent has a full field and all of the creatures are attacking, meaning their full attack isn't blocked by a shield making them no attack, (e.g. Elite Skeletons and a Permafrost Shield)

I like the idea, I just don't like the wording/definition of "attacking creatures." When first reading the card, I don't know what exactly that means.

Perhaps it could say "...where N equals the number of enemy creatures that can harm you." "Harm" can be replaced by other words, like "damage," or the phrase "can currently reduce your HP" can be used.

Probably. I spent all of five minutes on this card. The definition used to be worse for that card, but after I changed it to what it is now, I figured it'd be good, and that's why i added some explanation below the cards. I'm pressed for time right now. Maybe I will find better wording for it soon.

How about:

N=to number of Opponents Creatures that attacked this turn.

I suppose that way it would not include any 0|# creatures as they don't attack.

Another way would be:

N=number of Opponents Creatures that inflicted damage on you this turn.

This way you only use the creatures that inflicted damage so if you had a Diamond Shield up the Damage from a 3|# would be nullified so those creatures wouldn't count. (this way makes having shields a stragtegic decision rather than a must)

Wait, max creatures are 24? ...I could have sworn....guess I counted wrong.

No sorry max creatures is 23. The max damage is 24 because the upgrade gives creatures + 1 damage.

Also Permanents are limited to 16 Tabled, 1 Sheild, 1 Weapon and 1 Mark (otherwise 19 as some would say)

Fits into the THEME of Dark but not much synergy with the CURRENT Dark. Dusk + this is no good
