Similar to THIS (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,33771), I know, but offers more complexity and strategy to Permanent based decks, which :water Water, can totally pull off.

With Other permanents, 1 :rainbow is generated per Other permanent.

Compared to Hurry | Haste, this card looks kind of OP, and it may be. I personally didn't see it warranted to give this card a cost of 4-5, I may be wrong of course.

Fun concept, but it would probably be overshadowed by supernovas...
Unless there's a spammable water permanent that comes out.
(Well, I'm assuming that pillars don't count. Do they?)

PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.
