first and foremost, thank you Legit for being a good sport about our matches.
We played them roughly 20 hrs ago but there were some issues so I waited a bit with the posting.

My original deck was:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58r 58r 58r 590 590 590 590 590 590 593 593 593 593 593 595 595 5aa 5aa 5aa 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 8ps

Round1:
I didn't know what to expect so I removed a bit of this, a bit of that (1 pend, 1 EQ 2 dragos 1 BB if I remember correctly)
I had baad luck with drawing quanta and Legit used EQ and deflag on my few pillars. I couldn't really play anything. He played an immo-golems deck. I could only delay the inevitable by playing a few RTs off the mark, but eventually Legit killed me. 0-1

Round2: I removed a few EQs (I didn't dare removing all bc I was afraid Legit might transform his deck to run on pillars) and 1 or 2 dragons (with EQs around, I figured I won't really be having 10  :earth to spare)
Early in the match, we had a desynch. I asked Legit to play it through as he did not really play anything until that point, and I had a good start. I won with 70+HP on my end and Legit lost on his, so he gave me the match. (for which I'm thankul). 1-1

Round3: I did not see neither phoenixes nor a massive creature spam, so I was pretty certain the deck is not a true Immo-bow but an Immo-Golem. I took the risk of removing nearly all EQs as I assumed transforming the deck into a good pillar-dependant one is impossible.
We had another desynch.  I played this until the end too. I won with a good amount of HP left.
Legit's team wanted a rematch so we agreed on sending the story and screenshots to the warmasters.
A bit later, both the warmasters and Legit himself gave me the win (for which I am also thankful).2-1

Game 1: He had bad draws and only drew 1 pillar to start, which I quickly destroyed with EQ. I played some Golems that got rewound, but eventually I got them to stay while destroying his pillars every chance I got.

Game 2: I had a bunch of Immolations and Golems in my hand but no Sparks. This time Acsabi played a bunch of creatures and rewound the Golems I eventually played. My Fog Shield did little to stop his rush.

Game 3: Pretty much the same as Game 2. He played creatures, rewound my Golems, I got outrushed.

I'm not sure how those ScreenShots would be accepted. There's no way the AI would play the deck right in this situation. It'd just throw down any creatures it can, without regard for the opponent's deck. Sparks wouldn't get Immo'd, Lava Golems wouldn't be held back until a shield and weapon were drawn, CC would be wasted on Dragons instead of saved for Shriekers...
Obviously, Legit could have won a second game, since he won the first one... but completely taking the player out of the equation in not something we should start doing......

And are we gonna start allowing 3rd turn ScreenShots...?

Team Fire or any others, if you would like to discuss this match please do so outside of this thread.
I can't think of a more appropriate place to discuss this match, actually.

well as far as I can remember, the AI played the deck more-or-less correctly. If I had won with ~10, ~20 HP left, I'd say that the difference migth be bc the AI is dumber. But that's not the case, I won with lots of HP and that means the deck couldn't really do anything.

And the screenshots were taken exacly at the time of the desynch and at the last turn, before pressing spacebar, so I see nothing wrong with them...

Whether you beat the AI or not isn't really relevant, anytime a desync has occured that early game.. it's always been a replay. I don't know why it would be any different here.

Always been a replay? If the players decide to not replay and move on, for one reason or another, they don't have to replay.

Yes, the screenshot is taken at the correct time, but a 3rd turn desynch means nothing but a re-do. No match is determined at 3turns (VERY unlikely), at wich case it'd be a redo (game 2). You might've won and he might've lost, but remember that thats the AI, who will also make mistakes, but a player can make worse mistakes (pft, look at my game ;_; blowing out my quanta with a missclick)
So games wich are 80% AI games shouldnt be taken into consideration, thats what majofa meant with "are we going to allow 3rd turn screenies now?". Wich I completely agree in.

And out from what I get, there was also only 2 desynch, and if I recall correctly desynch = replay? 2 desynchs isnt too bad, there's been several games with 4+ desynchs atleast

I have never liked the idea of both play AI on a desync.  I think this is a bad habit to get into and really should not be encouraged because then people expect you to.  This has more and more become a common thing to do and I just don't like it.  Desyncs should be replayed unless they were far enough into a match that it was clearly going to end the next turn or one side could clearly not be beaten.  I don't have an interest in this match in any way.  This is just something that has seemed to be a trend lately that I have not liked and as this happens in a key match I feel it is a good place to express my opinion.  I would just encourage people to replay in desync situations and not accept to both play the AI.

Arguable about last turn or 2, as one could have full control of the board, but overall I agree with this

At such an early stage, the correct way would be to have Legit play it out against the AI too. Wasn't this the reason he gave the game to Acsabi?
If he lost against the AI, it should be considered a decisive loss I see no reason for a replay if both AI plays were pointing into the same direction.

Simply because the AI is not the player. AI plays cards as soon as he can without any sort of tactics. So its basically a whole different matchup. AND the CC played by AI is more than often horrible, as is its CC. AI is simply silly. Regardless of winning over AI/loosing to AI its still not the same matchup, and isnt this an PVP event, not a PvAI event? tssh :3
