wait, quanta production is for opponent, so..
you just dont use it on opponent but yourself? whats the benefit?

On opponents creatures:
Devourer/EQ/BH denial can make the ability a respectable lobotomizer.
On your own creatures:
Can be used on TU'd creatures so you can use their ability, can remove an element from the deck if you have duo-ability creatures (can turn parasite deck into monos, ffq+darkness(don't ask why) into wind-darkness duos, etc.)

So, you are balancing it by giving the opponent a minor chance at using th abilities of their creatures, however it is still denying multiple uses quite heavily, a soft lobotomizer, i see.
smart idea.

Yeah, I've been debating between generating an obsidian pillar upon being played, generating 2 :darkness per turn, or doing whatever it does now.
