NOTES:
Charge is a new mechanic that this serie introduces. While charging, the card is delayed and a counter appears in the upper right corner - just as in Phase Shield. The number is, however, increasing at the end of each turn, and it starts at 0.
A card with the active ability "Charge" starts not charging and, starting from its second turn in play, can start to charge. When it does, the ability becomes "Uncharge", and has the same cost.
If a card has the active ability "Uncharge", it means it enters play as charging, and can be uncharged from its second turn.
If the Mermaid Witch | Siren can't absorb the necessary quanta, it doesn't heal, and uncharges immediately.
SERIES:
Charge Serie
I always felt like Life should heal more, and Water/Life could use some good synergy. A duo with Spectres and Sirens could really work wonders... although at a high cost.

Essentially, this card provides long-term healing to the player which grows every turn at the cost of quanta upkeep and fragility to CC. It could end up healing over 500 hp per turn, though, if you give it proper time and protect it.

When I first saw it I was wondering why a creature with 2 HP would need to keep healing itself.  I quickly realized it must be the player that was being healed, but then I was concerned that it would be a limitless heal for essentially 1 supernova + 1 :water.  The note about it requiring the absorption of life quanta fixed that for the most part, so I like it!

My only suggestion is to rework the card text, maybe something like:

" :life :life:Charge - While charging, absorbs :life :life. If it does, heal your HP by number of charges."
" :life :life:Charge - While charging, heals a number of hp equal to charges and absorbs :life :life."

Previous text written to compare length.  I think " - While " could fit on the line with ":life :life:Charge" if needed.

The card art (for most of the series) needs to be retooled, and there are plenty of resources in the Card Art subforum as I mentioned in another thread.  Can't wait to see the rest of the series, assuming/hoping you will make more.

I suggest increasing its hp to 4 on unnupped, so survivability can be improved since it can use its ability the second turn and can have more time charging.
nice concept though, would go well with forest spirit.  :)

My first text was almost identical to your suggestion. Changed it to fit the absorbed quanta on one line for aesthetic reasons, but I can change it back. :)
Also, I know the art has issues. :/ Or rather, I always have issues with art.

The upkeep cost seems a bit high, compared to the healing provided :

Second turn, 0 total healing for 3 :life
3rd -> 1 for 6
4th -> 3 for 9
5th -> 6 for 12
...
8th turn -> 21 total healing for 21 :life (and 3 :water).

For the upped card, 21 healing in 8 turns for 14 :life . It seems very slow, and the creature is still very fragile. I don't think that the upkeep is necessary.

Maybe a :life :life | :life charging cost and :life | :life or 0 initial charging activation cost would be more appropriate?  I think it definitely needs an upkeep cost since if it lives long enough it can become the most powerful heal in the game.  However, since it lacks offense while charging, the initial cost to begin charging should be low.

Agreed, the maintenance cost is a bit on the high side. It needs one, and I think it needs a starting cost, but reducing them is in order.
