So use the card and then wait 4 turns until you get another dragon? Might be a little slow to be used....
1 turn summoning sickness + 3 turns of delay = 4 turns of waiting

Mitosis + SoR is more effective and versatile, but less practical (2 cards, needs an upped rare).

It may lead to some interesting combos.

Egg+Mitosis = Lots of cheap (delayed) Dragons !
Egg+Fractal = Same !
Egg+Adrenaline = Dragon available faster !

3 turns may be a bit long... It needs some balancing anyway.
