Frozen/delayed creatures will still generate quanta. Adrenaline-ed creatures will only produce quanta once per turn. This is purely based on number of creatures, NOT based on when creatures attack. Delay, frozen, adrenaline etc. do not affect the quanta generation from this.

The absb or whatever it is on essence charm was done to make it fit.
If I may suggest the following wording change:
every creature in your posession => every creature you own(or control)
