My power... seems to be like his, the ability to instil a blazing power or holy blessing upon others. It's very helpful, whether I need to use it on myself, but many a person has kindly thanked me for giving them the strength to make it to the next town or helping then continue on something they thought impossible. I'm glad, but I still want my boyfriend back, his red hair flying against the wind, when we could just both laugh. Note: "Oboitokei" roughly means "Remember that!" in japanese. Chronomancer focuses on manipulating creatures and reviving them, while Solmancer instead alters permanents and can alter quanta production or get rid of annoying permanents like Dusk Mantle. Also, the unupped's ability require both  and  quanta, while the upped's only requires to drain one quanta from either pool. Great minds think alike Marks aren't usually accesible to players normally as cards, so not only does this give you an indirect access to these cards,  it also allows you to split up your stacks.  It also helps whenever you're low on light and need fire quanta and vice-versa.

You do realize that a mark is pretty much the same as a pillar, right?

^This.  It's basically soft PC as well as a way to manipulate your own permanents, especially quanta-producing ones (for now, only pillars).

Also, no offense meant, but bi-colored/dual quanta costs are the point of this series. Duality is built around synchronizing two elements.

and against rainbow too, transforming a quamtum pillars on a ligth or fire mark, can ruin most rainbows strategy

So it take it you will never stop fighting until trident is completely nerfed, BE is removed, obliterator is removed, and "steal" removed from the list of abilities a mutant can get?

Edit: Also, you must also wage war on Nymph Queen's soft PC on a stick.

I said generally, not absolutely. I think Trident is actually capable of being a very strong weapon depending on the meta and what cards come along. BE and Steal are kinda different because they require two card combos to set up and that puts them at the disadvantage until they manage to control 2 cards. Obliterator is an FG so I assume you mean the card Pulverizer? It is only a key card to (from what I have tested) the single best deck in all of Elements.

Anyway we're way off topic, we should probably get back to discussing Solmancer.

Ok, back to Solmancer.


I find the generation of mark to be interesting, because marks are actually more rainbow oriented than their respective pillars.


Why? Because nymphs tears used on a mark will generate a random nymph, not necessarily one of its element.



Edit: I think this and Chronomancer are ready for Crucible.
