Could be interesting if used with Precognition.

Yeah. Without precognition this is like "Let's hope this is a really important card and not a Spark or something okay here goes"

Does this use Aether quanta? Make it cost 2. Aether-Time deck just got interesting. Shame you can only carry 6 of these. You can lock your entire opponent's hand up. Can you discard blocked cards, though? If you can't, 8 of these and you automatically lose because you have too many cards you can't discard. :P

Not aether. Just 1 generic quanta, upgraded 0. After all congeal let's you choose which card you want to block for 3 turns.

This is the end of "your current hand is invincible", and not sure Zanzarino wants this. Apart from that... make it cost 3 then 2 upgraded random quanta (1 then 0, YoYo? man... get 6 and your opponent cannot play for 3 turns... no way). 5 is sure too much.

Your current hand is STILL invincible. It just limits your options, no? You can't play a certain card for 3 turns. And think about it; Reverse Time comes dangerously close to violating the "Deck/Hand Safe Haven" rules.

Hmm... 6 of these in a deck, and you take a card out of action for 18 turns. EPIC.

Simple but really useful for any deck haha.. 3 should be the right amount.. 4 is abit too much..

0 is the right amount (upped). You get 6, you "wasted" 6 cards and can play with 1 card in your hand, while your opponent didn't lose any and plays with the card he draws for 3 turns, then he "gets his full hand back". It's even UP to make them cost 0, imo. It's not like you can target cards in the hand and destroy them while blocked, which is one of the main aims of congeal.
