What is your thinking behind this card? Like, how would you use it? I don't see why anyone would want to return two of their creatures to their deck, except in some special cases..

This is a peculiar way to avoid deck out. Just have 2 creatures on the field, one being this card, and play another one.

^ how? o.0 you return 2 creatures that probably have either greater attack or the same as a photon, and you get 2 photons and 4/4 momentumed creature for 5 Air. In other words, 2 creatures and 5 air quantum for 6 damage. a lava destroyer is 5 Fire for 7 attack, flesh recluse is 3 death for 6 attack, i dont see how this could really be used offensively
unless im missing something here o.0 it seems like a anti deckout card

I saw it more as a defensive measure myself. I have 2 poinsoned, or AM'ed, creatures... I play the worm, bounce my affected creatures to the top of my deck, then sit back and draw into them thereby ultimately resetting them.

No, it isn't, as Baily pointed out. If I wanted offense, I'd use a firefly or wyrm, not this. The momentum isn't really worth losing two other creatures. However, Kuross gave a nice use of this card as a double rewind. How would the targeting work though?

Oh oops, i thot this was my other card when i said that offensively comment(it was liek eternity except it put the card on the BOTTOM of the deck XD and was a creature)

It would most likely be random. To date, I haven't seen a card that can manually target 2 creatures at once.

How about i change it to if you have more than 2 creatures you cannot play this? hmm? or leave it as it is?

I'd say, remove the creature rewind ability all together, or, by raising the cost a bit, instantly rewinding an opponent's creature.
