If multiple Wards are in play, the one that is targeted is unaffected, and the Ward with the earliest turn order* (not including targeted Ward) is the one that loses 1 counter.

I like the idea. Altho I think the number of ward counters should be reduced to maybe 3 unuped and 5 uped without any loss of counters per turn. If that seems a little op and as I'm thinking as I type this it might be then 1 or 2. It would stop a steal wthout having to make a choice of what to protect. At least for 1 attemp.

I like this idea, it would make it so another element besides :earth would have permanent protection (even if its temperary, it still covers everything instead of one thing)

Heh, ironic. It fits Light, but Light has nothing of worth to protect. Useful for SoG's, however, and in a Rainbow. I like.

i do like this idea. good job :) id definitely use it. give me a hopefully good starting chance vs. FGs. only problem is getting 4 :light fast enough would be what id need to do first. id only say lower the cost because it would benefit rainbows more but i like this as is too.

I would use Ward more than Holy Ward because of cost vs effect. I don't think AI would stack steals/deflags in hand and players would rather wait to destroy/steal. IMO Holy Ward could cost 4 or 5.

isnt that the point of upgraded cards? you would rather use that in about 99% of all cases.  i could see this really aiding vs. FGs. a quicksand early hurts and if you can manage this it saves them all.
