Permafrost shield got you down...gone.  Those 3 Lava destroyers spoiling your day...gone.  SoG spam...gone.  Hope causing you fits...RoL's are toast.

We'll they told me  / couldn't be done.  So off I went to find a / rush that actually works.  One part life rush, one part fire stall this deck packs heavy and is quite fast to boot.  Using a few life pendulums as fuel, the deck packs both PC and CC to help control the field while having quanta to play your life critters at will.

As always, the deck is still in the testing phase so any and all comments are appreciated.

Without the pendulums this wouldn't be nearly as effective.  The pendulums let you get the frogs out early and deal with the nuisances later when they arise.

I have made a few decks today, all life duos.

I used a very similar deck in the first trial of life. I did that because life is most vulnerable to fire, a single ROF can wipe out an entire life army. Fire buckler also kills adrenaline more than efficiently. I tried to use life's worst enemy to gain an edge on my opponent, but that deck failed epically. My opponent didn't use a single frog in that deck, he used forest spirits. For the purpose of not compromising the speed of the life portion too much I only had a mark of fire. The explosion did nothing, because he had no permanent besides pillar, and ROF is too slow with my mark powering it, by the time I could cast one, his spirits have grown out of ROF range a long time ago. Fire shield also failed, because spirits out grows it. I figure the pendulums could make things different, it's quite remarkable really, making quanta in a duo deck easily balanced.

Give it a try.  With the pendalums, the quanta balances quite well.  You can get a buckler or RoF out quick enought to actually be useful.

I need to do some PvP testing.  I like 8 fire cards, but now 100% sure which combination to use yet.
