You spelled "their" wrong in front of "next card", but you spelled it right in front of "turn".

Seems overpowered. With Time's natural multi-draw nature, you can easily chain 6 of these and wipe out your opponent.

If "ends their turn" means "gain an extra turn", it's definitely op (not that bad for time  ). Chain this and sundial and you'll give a lot of extra turns to do whatever you want imho.
But i really like the skipping drawing phase. Maybe you can lover the cost  / , opponent won't draw a card and you draw one. That would be something like a sundial blocking next move but not creatures attack, making a nice combination. Nice idea.

EDITED: fixed spelling.. thanks i caught the first two and missed others.. duh... specified on the card better i hope.

yes all effects/turns  on cards like sundial/phase shield etc will still lower 1 turn. yes monsters still attack. it just keeps them from playing any new cards for 1 turn.

whats wrong with picture i had? i looked up word press's rules and it states anything put there is free for others to use.

and the card is meant to keep new cards from being drawn or played. the attacks and card effects that happen in a turn still go off if any.. turn counters go down 1 yet.. attack goes thru..

.. the draw aspect in the upgraded is just a bonus.. the drawing costs 2 i suppose from unupped to upped. The main bonus is the fact that u shut the opponent off for a turn.

NO
The opponent does not draw a card at beginning of turn.. turn starts.. turn ends.. they cannot play any new cards to the field or use any abilities.. the turn ends and the attacking DOES goes thru like normal. All cards using a counter will still go down like normal.
