The same rules of summoning sickness applies. If the creature you just Dominated was newly summoned, then it cannot use its ability after it joins your side; if it's not newly summoned, then it can. Any creatures generated by a Dominated creature stays on your side. For example, you Dominate your opponent's FFQ and generate a Firefly. After you end your turn, the FFQ goes back, but the Firefly stays. If an exact copy of a Dominated creature is created, via Parallel Universe or Deja Vu, then all copies of the Dominated creature returns to your opponent after your turn. This card synergizes with Demonic Ritual (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10520.0.html). You Dominate an opponent creature, use its ability, then sacrifice that creature to summon a Greater Demon. This card is still pretty strong with Shard of Readiness. Then again, it's probably more balanced than my Oppressor | Tyrant (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9943.new.html#new) idea I suggested in a previous card competition, so I guess I can't say it's completely OP...
