IDEA: Terroking NOTES: Yes, the creatures would gain their stats and abilities back after it disappears. But, Burrowed creaturs would not regain the stats they lost after Burrowing. For example, A shrieker is 10/4. It Burrows, and is not 5/4. I play Ground. It is not a vulnerable 0/4 for 3 turns, after that duration it regains Burrow and it's 5 attack. Phew, finally finished. It's meant to synergize with Fissure/Seism (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10736.new.html#new), and is quite possibly OP with and without that, but I'm finished. Now to compile the series, and then head off to sleepy land.
