Does Crimson Call pull an order member from your deck or does it pull from outside the deck?

Deck count befor use 29.
-I.E. I use Crimson Call and get my Crimson Warrior from my deck as if drawing it.
Deck count after use 28.

Deck count befor use 29.
-I.E. I use Crimson Call and get a Crimson Warrior without drawing any cards from my deck.

Yes, I am tired of the question.  I appreciate you pointing out that I left a field blank, but it was unnecessary to ask in all six threads.  I got all the art from http://www.sxc.hu/ and modified most of it only slightly.

It pulls from outside the deck.  In other words, I do not need a Crimson Order creature card in my deck to use this ability.
