I'd say, don't give it the +1/+1, but I'm naturally pessimistic, so listen to what other people have to say, not me.

Hmm. I like the idea, but why just water? This seems more like it should be a series idea for every element. But in doing so, gravity would be stripped of its reputation for Unstoppable, and be left only with Gravity Pull, Devour, and high HP creatures. I'm being contradictory here, so if this confused you.. Just ignore it. :x

This is actually the first card I really like moomoose, cost is pretty balanced and effect is somewhat new and exciting.

berz- why just water?  its a waterfall. 

and gravity cost is still applied in use of the card. reputation in check.

There is no reason why this card could not be expanded to target any creature instead of just any water creature. A waterfall moves rocks, deer and plants in addition to fish.

If this card continues to be limited to water creatures only, I think it will be too situational of a card.
If it really would be too powerful if changed to "Target creature" then it should increase in cost and change to "Target creature" otherwise it will be too situational to progress very far and not worth taking up 1 of the limited number of cards that are in the game until we have many more cards in the game.

Why doesn't it have to be water? After all, that's the reason there ARE new cards in the game, to further each element in its own way. This would be a useful card.

how about i remove the water creatures only, but when applied to a non-water creature, it dies at the end of the turn.  as the waterfall will kill anything else.  no. thats a dumb idea.  water creatures only for this duo card.  limited applications? yes.  thats a good thing, or almost every rainbow deck would take this for its lava golems or whatever, it would be too powerful to have unlimited momentum for anything/everything.
