Only situation I can see where this would work in your favor: you have creature control available but no permanent control.  You're spending a card to "convert" creature control into permanent control for the weapon slot only - that's extremely situational, and even for Gravity elementals, it would be more efficient to just pack simple permanent control cards.  Pulverizer and Deflagration work especially well.

Most decks don't pack just one of a weapon, so they can draw it more reliably.  Unless comboed with something else, this card just helps your opponent.
This is where the question in "Notes" comes in. Notice that immortal creatures are still vulnerable to shields and can be removed from play. Currently, there is no counter for immortal or otherwise PA'd permanents. As with my card, "[link="http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14338.0.html"]Antidote | Antibiotic[/link]", I like to try and invent counters for anything in Elements that is naturally invincible by all means. I ask the question of whether or not to affect any PA'd weapons because I'm not sure if it would upset the balance. Perhaps it could affect them in a way that Morning Glory is animated. The weapons could still be immortal as they enter the field?

I think the game offers more cc than pc?  Plus I really do like the modded art :D
And yes I think this should effect an immortal weapon, since glories can be animated.
Indeed, it does. Also, shields can't damage weapons. Even Permafrost shield doesn't freeze weapons. Thanks, but it's just an inverted Flying Weapon with two Sparks.

Personally, I don't like this idea as a shard. The entire concept of a shard is that the unupgraded version does absolutely nothing but waste quanta, then becomes much greater as an upgraded card. Shards were also never known to favor elements of any sort, but used universally.

I'm no curator, but I hold a vote. If this were to be entered to the Crucible as is, it wouldn't have mine.

Possible improvements have been listed above. I see this as more of a permanent water card. It definitely fits into the water element in that it immobilizes a target for a temporary amount of time, yet is versatile in that it can switch targets as necessary. A cost of 3/2 :water to play the permanent, then 1 :water to use the effect seems reasonable, in my opinion. As for the name, Cold Heart fits well.

Other name suggestions:
-Cold Wind.
-Arctic Climate
-Frost
-Sleet Cannon

1) Is this a shield or another permanent (ex. Unstable Gas)?
2a) Does this apply to spells and permanents? -Personally, I think it should.
2b) If so, is the miss chance% decreased or increased for multi-targeting spells/abilities? (ex. Retrovirus / Rain of Fire)
3) The wording in the description gives the illusion that their attack may miss, rather than their ability, which I assume you are referring to.

Lost quickly. Gemini got Electrocuter out on the second turn while I had no steals. My nymphs were all lobotomized and useless.

Don't start chaining Sundials/Shields until you're at about 50hp, then watch your HP and and using Purifies accordingly. Use Nymph's Tear on you Air Pendulums and Quint it if you can. Otherwise, play it when Morte doesn't have any Retroviruses, and then blow up one Unstable Gas to kill the Retrovirus (Blue Nymph can take 1 hit from an UG). Once you have 10 UGs, blow them up for the win.

Replaced 10 pillars with towers and added 4 SoG.*

Suffered from hand overload and lack of  :aether to play dimensional shields early game.
Felt like I was going to lose the entire time, but SoG saved me and EM'd.

Use reverse times on momentum'ed creatures (if you have stolen an Eternity, use that instead). You can use drain life too, but try to keep them in your hand for as long as possible. With a good enough start, you can even gain EM at the end of the match. But don't be afraid to use them when low on health.
When reaching 0 cards, bounce the photon with the stolen Eternity.

Use Shards of Gratitude if you have them with this deck. Would've gained me an EM if I'd bothered using them.

Deck doesn't work so well when Paradox doesn't play a single Ray of Light. (Considering there are 16 RoL's in Paradox's deck, my luck must be terrible.)

Beat it with Aether.  I would suggest replacing the dragons with immortals--I never got a chance to play a dragon.

I did an unupped (excluding shards) version of this and nearly EM'd him. I got lucky because I had lobotomizer in my starting hand and enough pillars and pendulums to power it while still being able to play other cards. And DC didn't get to quint any of his BE abominations. :D
Second deck worked for me. No EM.

A bit of hassle though. If he gets Discord out before you can get a Dimensional Shield out, your :aether quanta gets scrambled and it's difficult to get anything out.

Thanks for the deck, though. Got a Congeal and upgraded Relic (worth 1025 :electrum)
