Only on April 1, 2010 this card took the place of the Oracle pet. Despite the card showing a cost of 1 , it actually cost 9 to play. When you activated the free skill, it would play a very loud audio file of a cow mooing. Your opponent would also hear the sound. There is no upgraded version of this card. While there is a placeholder for an upgraded version in the code, all the values are 0, "empty", or an empty string.
