CLICK THE MAP TO OPEN FULLSCREENDay 2 DAY HAS ENDED!
Aeons ago, in the vast and empty void of nothingness, there was only One. There was no time, no space, no dimensions, nothing of our known, perceivable universe. There was only One.
And it was lonely.
So it decided to make others, using the only materials it had. And, sacrificing itself, causing it much pain, it made the world.
Time, Aether, Gravity, Entropy, Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Life, Death, Light, and Darkness. The twelve forces that crafted the world. The Great One has long since faded away, and the twelve are all that remain. They became known as the Elements.
NewsAs you can see, Day 1 movement actions have been updated and some players have been moved outside the City walls.
About previous Day- when using the Trade action, do not insert a target like individual cards you are buying. All you need to submit is the word "Trade".
- when using Move, the target should be the
hex number only. So instead of " Move hex 34" use "Move 34".
- All the actions and examples of their usage can be found here (
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_US&key=0AgB8fZX7y8kydHBtU0RNOC1yeFk2cTRIRzhCaDFyekE&hl=en_US&gid=32)
- If you didn't move on the map at all, you probably either..
A) didn't include a target (hex number)
B) included an illegal hex number (a hex where you cannot move)
Make sure you have the correct target when using Move or any other action!
TUTORIAL MODERecommended actions for this Day:Capture *hex number*
Move *hex number*
CaptureIf you followed the recommendations in Day 1 topic, you should now be in a hex just outside your Capital City. This hex has no mark icon in the top-right corner, which means it is
Neutral and no element
controls if. If you want your element to control a certain hex, you need to first capture it by using the action Capture.
Facts about capturing a hex:- You can only capture a hex if it does not have any non-allies on it
- If the hex you want to capture
has non-allies on it, you need to wait for them to leave, or use other methods to get rid of the. Killing them usually works.
- if you capture a neutral hex, it becomes controlled by your element
- if you capture a hex that is owned by some other element, that hex becomes neutral
- you can use capture
twice (2AP + 2AP) during one Day, meaning you can take control of a hex that is controlled by some other element
- Underworld players can only neutralize hexes, not take control of them
Why should you capture hexes? For each hex that your element controls, your element gains revenue in a form of

. This revenue is shared by the whole team and can later be used to buy improvements, put a bounty on an enemy, hire UW players as mercenaries to do your dirty work, etc. Elemental revenue is one of the key aspects of making your element the most powerful one.
Number of hexes your element controls is also related to how much money you can make when using the Work action. The more hexes, the more

Work produces.
We will start collecting revenue during Day 3.
If you have any questions about this Day, please post them here. If you have general questions about WoE, please post them on this topic (
