:aether AETHER

Opponents:
:water - :death - :darkness - :life - :light - :underworld - :entropy - :fire

Decks:
4 - Fractix: Deflag, Dimensional Shield, Phoenixes and Fractals. You know how it works, prepare yourself!
3 - PU dragons: Works with alot of dragons. Air, with wings, or darkness with steals and LS. The darkness version lost in round 3.
5 - Aether/Earth duo: EQ, Graboids, PU, Lightnings, maybe Dim Shields. This means we're dead.
1 - Poison Stall - Poison, Bonewall and Lightnings. Could work with Dim Shields also. Unlikely vs water.
2 - Death/Aether duo: Fractal mummies + Bonewall and Poison.
2 - Aether/Light Stall: Sancs, Miracle, Dim. Shield + Lightnings. Good deck but fails vs Trident and Steams/Deflags.
4 - Devtal: No need to explain, this deck is dangerous! Test it!
3 - Novabow: Graboids, Deflags, Arsenic and a bunch of lightnings. Always Dangerous... Lost in round 5!
0 - Mono Aether: This just failed hard for them in round 1. Get's countered by Steams, Trident and alot more. No chance Higs will use this.
2 - Immophoenix - Immolation, Phoenixes and Lightning. They lost a big part of this deck already, nothing to worry about?

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- Fractix is pretty likely vs a general for the simple reason she can use the upped phoenixes...
- Devtal is a complete killer also, fractal itself is a card we might want to counter.
- Higs told me after her match with Tiko, it was much to close for her comfort. She literally said PU shriekers would have been a better choice.
- These are the three decks it's all about imo, we won;t be able to counter them al! Imo Fractix is the least likely.

:air AIR

Opponents:
:underworld - :earth - :time

Decks:
2 - Air/Light stall: Great survivability with decent damage. Lost in round 5!
3 - Grabby/UGbow: We can be sure they'll use a novabow somewhere. Lost in round 5!
3 - Adrenastaffs: Can deck us out, or kill us. Lost in Round 5!
3 - PU Dragons: They used it against us before, might aswell test it.
1 - Poisonstall: Crap deck, unlikely to be used vs water
2 - Poison rush + wings: Pretty solid deck actually, but we're the purify element. Won in round 5!
0 - Flying morning: Crap deck also, it just lost and they prob discarded some morning glories, they won't use this.
2 - Arctic Infection: Strong deck, but not especially vs water.
1 - Flying Titans: Hard to say, it might be ok vs water. Won in round 5!
2 - FFQ/Hope: An alltime air favorite, suffers alot from our shields though and it slow to set up. test it, just to be sure.
3 - UG/Dragons: Pretty strong deck, UG's are always a big threat if not dealt with. Test it!
2 - EQ/Dragons: EQ can be annoying, we should test our decks vs this deck and see if it poses a problem. Nothing to worry about otherwise.
2 - Winged Fractal Recluses: Combined with wings this can be an unexpected but tough deck to fight against.

Decks they expect from us:
- We're not playing team Air this round.

Our counter tactic:
- We're not playing team Air this round.

:darkness DARKNESS

Opponents:
:water - :aether - :entropy - :fire - :death - :life

Decks:
2 - Mono Darkness: Steals, Drain Life, Vamps, Devourers, Eclipse, Drains. We know what to expect, might aswell test.
2 - Vader Sader: They have seen how we handle weapon decks, and our CC is great. Lost in round 5!
3 - Adrenavamps: Combined with cloak, failed them last round. It's still a deck they use alot and we need to make sure to test it.
3 - Accelled Voodoo: Either heal back the damage, or find a way from keeping those Voodoo's from hitting through our shield, test it!
4 - GotP Nightmare: Pretty strong deck wich has won before. They have used it every round. Make sure you prepare yourself for Rewinds, Steals and Nightmare.
3 - Denialbow: They used this deck every round. It's a basic novabow with devourers and EQ's. Lost in round 5!
4 - Aether/Darkness duo: dark creatures + fractal or dark creatures + dim shield. This includes devtal and dragontal. Won in round 5!
3 - Denial: EQ + Devourers can obviously lock us down. This deck is always a threat. Test it imo.
2 - Novabow: Novabows are always fast and quite versatile. The darkness version with gargs and LS isn't that problematic though. Won in round 5!

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- Devtal won in round 5, and is a pretty decent choice against us. Especially deadly in the hands of torb.
- We should prepare for some denial in any case.
- Haven't seen gotp from them last round, I'm quite sure it's still operational though! Equally deadly in torb's hands.

:death DEATH

Opponents:
:entropy - :earth - :water - :aether - :fire - :darkness - :light - :life

Decks:
2 - Death/Air duo: Wings + arsenic + creatures. Pretty solid deck I'd say. Lost in round 5!
2 - Poison Stall: Strong deck, but not likely vs Water. Might be safer to pack purifies.
2 - Novabow: Graboids, Mummies (often EQ's aswell) and obv Arsenic. Decent deck.
3 - Pandebonium: This could potentially destroy our creatures, fuel their wall and deck us out. Test this! Lost in round 5!
2 - Death/Aether duo: Fractal, Virus, Soul Catchers, Dragons. Test it just to be sure cause this deck can surprise us!
3 - Dischole + Mummies: Pretty nasty deck, be sure to test it. Nothing much to say, we all know how it works.
3 - Fractal Recluses: This can build up damage quickly with arsenic and (possible upped) recluses. Dim. Shield is used quite often aswell.
2 - Immophoenix: Phoenixes, Soul Catchers, Immolation and Bone Dragons. Usually no Deflags. Lost in round 5!
3 - Several Duo's: Mummies, Recluses, Dragons + RT/Lightning/Steals/Deflags. Alot of these won in round 5!

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- They will have serious trouble putting together 8 good decks. This event card means they will be forced to use pretty much all cards in their vault.

:earth EARTH

Opponents:
:underworld - :time - :air - :water - :death

Decks:
4 - Earth/Light stall: they can stall VERY well, we should definately prepare ourselves for this deck, TEST IT! Won in round 5!
0 - Poison Stall: they were quite fond of poison in previous rounds, but it's unlikely to be used vs us. Lost in round 5!
2 - Earth/Entropy duo: Discord/AM and some random other stuff. Won in round 5!
2 - Immo-Graboids: they still have some immo's in their vault somewhere, it's more likely they'll use nova's though.
1 - Mono earth stall: based on stoneskin and EQ's, should be np if we can handle earth/light stall.
4 - Novabow: they used alot of novabows, not always succesfully. Prepare for Discords + Graboids mostly. Won in round 5!
3 - RT/Graboid: quite a strong deck, and used alot! RT's can be tough on some of our decks. Prepare for Graboids + EQ's aswell.
1 - Lava Golem/Deflags: added this just so you know they got deflags and golems in there somewhere, doesn't seem like we should be worried about that though.
2 - EQ/Devourer denial: tough to predict, they got steals aswell. This could be a very harmfull deck. Lost in round 5!

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
-

:entropy ENTROPY

Opponents:
:aether - :fire - :death - :darkness - :water

Decks:
3 - Mono Entropy: Maxwells, Dragons, Discord, Aboms and maybe some nova for speed. No AM or BE most of the times. Test it.
4 - Novabow: Graboids, Deflags, Forest Spirit, maybe an Arsenic. We all know how it works, tough deck! Won + lost in round 5!
2 - Entropy Stall: Dissipation Shield, often paired with fire to get damage (fahrenheit, lances and deflag). Won in round 5.
3 - Stealwolves: Lycans with steal and Discord. Especially maxwells would counter our toads well.
1 - Flying Discords: Lots of scrambling, nothing special since they use discord in alot of decks.
2 - Immocats: Works like a regular novabow with Fog, graboids, Forest Spirit etc. Lost twice in round 5!
1 - Poisondecks: They had some weird decks with poison and Arsenic, nothing spectacular.
1 - Entropy + RT: Mono Entropy with RT's from mark. Just test it to see if it changes things. Lost in round 5!
3 - Entropy/Light Stall: AM/Sanc/Miracle deck. Won in round 5 and completely viable with this event card!
1 - Entropy/Aether Duo: They also had to discard from this. uses Dim shield and basic Entropy cards, don't bother to test I'd say.
3 - Pandebonium: This could potentially destroy our creatures, fuel their wall and deck us out. Make sure you can beat this! Test!

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- What works with this event card? Basically the rush decks reliant on Nova and Immolation take a pretty hard hit. While all of their stalls and mono entropy don't

:fire FIRE

Opponents:
:water - :entropy - :light - :underworld - :aether - :life - :darkness - :death

Decks:
4 - Novabow: Arsenic, Graboids, Rage pots, you know the drill. Not as fast as an immobow, but more versatile. Test it!
1 - Mono Fire: probably only build because of the round 2 event card. heavy hitters, phoenixes and CC.
2 - EQ/Golems: Fire + earth combo. We should be able to deal with golems so I don;t think this is a huge problem. Won in round 5.
4 - Immobow: Very fast deck. Fire can build the true immobow wich kills in 4 turns, meaning we wouldn't stand a chance. Won in round 5!
1 - Fire/Entropy duo: Discords/Aboms/Chaos seeds and the usual fire cards. Possibly only used to fight mono's in round 2.
4 - Fire Stall: The obvious CC, Fireshield, Sancs and Fahrenheit. Test it thoroughly! Won in round 5!
2 - Steaming Phoenixes: Water/Fire combo with Steams, Phoenixes and other stuff. Lost in round 5!
2 - Fire/Air duo:  Damage, CC and wings. Pretty simple.
3 - Fractix: Phoenixes + Immolation +Fractal. Very tough deck. Won in round 5!
2 - PU Dragons: Not used alot, and not exceptionally strong. test a few games if you got time.
0 - Poison rush: Not that great, was used vs water before and lost. Lost in round 5!

Decks they expect from us:
- Dic's Firebeater obviously. They will make sure their deck can beat it, you can count on that!

Our counter tactic:
- Our biggest fear is their firestall atm, it has no problems with the event card and we know it survived round 5 in one piece.
- All of their novabows and immobows get hurt alot by the 35 card event. These decks also lose regularly vs Dic's Firebeater and will do even more so now. Since we're their direct opponent for the first two war positions they won't hand us a win freely. This leads me to believe those two decks are unlikely this round.

:gravity GRAVITY

Opponents:
None!

Decks:
2 - Raged Firemasters: Has deflags also and possibly an armagio for defense. It's not very threatening but since they have so few options I think we should test our deck vs this one.
4 - Dischole: One of the few decks they actually win matches with. It's their strongest and most dangerous deck imo.
2 - Poisonrush: Decent deck, get's destroyed by purify. Unlikely...
1 - Accelchargers/armagio's: They never won with a deck like this, and would prob think twice before using it again.
2 - Gravity/Aether/Air duo: wings / dim shield combined with lightning or shockwave. I don't expect this deck since they had to discard alot, test it just to be safe.
2 - Novabow: novabows can be quite strong but... they never won with one. Lost in round 5!
0 - Gravity/Earth duo: Deckout with oty's, wardens, pulvy, EQ's and gravy shield. Lost in round 5!
3 - Fractal Chargers: One of their few strong decks. It's not very fast but... Test it!
2 - Cata-Titans: Quite ok vs water, but I don't think they'll use it. You can test it a few times if you'd like.
2 - Overdriven voodoo's: Plain and simple. Just test it a few times to see if our deck can handle it, no problem otherwise.

Decks they expect from us:
- We're not playing team Gravity this round

Our counter tactic:
- We're not playing team Gravity this round

:life LIFE

Opponents:
:fire - :death - :water - :aether - :light - :darkness

Decks:
1 - Fractal scorpions + Dim Shield: Unlikely because of purify
2 - Frogtal: Frogs, Fractal, Lightning, Other stuff. Won in round 5!
3 - Novabow: Discords, Druids, Fog, CC. Might aswell be prepared for this. Won + lost in round 5!
3 - Mito-Phoenix: With upgraded phoenixes obviously. Decent deck, has deflags. Test it.
2 - Poisonbow: They used this deck alot, and it can be quite fast and deadly. Won in round 5!
3 - Fire/Life duo: Lances, Fahrenheit, Rage Pots, Fire Shield. Might be a good idea to test it. Won in round 5!
1 - Earth/Life duo: EQ's and SS's. They failed with this deck and I don't think they'll use it again.
0 - Momentum deck: Not even a bad deck. Lost in round 5!
2 - Air/Life duo: Owl's Eye + Wings. Just test and see if you can beat it, not a big deal. Won in round 5!
3 - Light/Life duo: Crusaders and Sanc. Might prove difficult when we decide to use Discord. Has a chance to deck us out.
1 - Water/Life duo: Icebolts and Squids? Unlikely imo.
1 - Poisonrush: Same as the poison bow but more speed and more poison. It lacks versatility and CC though. Purify would destroy this.
2 - FFQ/Hope/Bonds: Quite a slow, massive deck. But once it get's started, it's very dangerous.
3 - Pestosis: Playing the denial card might not even be a abd idea vs water. Especially since we're fond of stalling aswell. Test it?

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- Life is an element that can handle the 35-card rule well. But they have to use literally every card in their vault. This is pretty screwed up for them...

:light LIGHT

Opponents:
:death - :light - :fire - :water - :aether

Decks:
2 - Novahope: weird deck, based on luciferin and Light Dragons. Lost in round 5!
2 - Blessed Dunes: with sundials and eternity, might aswell test vs it. Lost in round 5!
4 - Fire Stall: sancs, rage pots, bolts and fahrenheit. We know how this works... and it can kill us! Test it!
0 - Gravity/Light duo: They probably discarded because of round 3 and 5 losses.
3 - Immobow: Very fast and scary deck.
3 - Entropy/Light duo: Antimatter, Discord, Crusaders. This deck has been succesfull for them, we should test it. Won in round 5!
3 - Earth/Light stall: Another killer deck from light. Won in round 5!
2 - Death/Light duo: Poison, Arsenic and Crusaders or Miracles. Dangerous deck, but unlikely vs water.
3 - Air/Light duo: Eagles Eye, Blessed Crusaders, Wings and Miracles. Thats is one mean deck right there. Won in round 5!
2 - Novabow: based on Pegasi and Blessings. Lost in round 5! They might be able to rebuild.

Decks they expect from us:
-

Our counter tactic:
- This is a very tough matchup imo. They have no problem with the 35-card rule. They can build alot of decks that still work.
- A stall with fire or earth seems likely. Crusader decks are also very possible!

:time TIME

Opponents:
:underworld - :earth - :air

Decks:
3 - Blessed dunescorps: They don't have alot of options, stalling is one of their options though. Lost in roudn 5, can they rebuild?
2 - Time/Aether duo: Dim Shields + Lightnings, just make sure you can beat it! Lost in round 5
4 - GotP/Nightmare: Their strongest deck probably, we should make sure our deck has a great win percentage against this. I think it's very likely they try to use it against us.
1 - Fractal Scarabs: Nova's, Scarabs, Fractal, RT's. Won in round 5!
2 - Time/Earth duo: Graboids, RT's, EQ's, GotP's. Wasn't very succesfull yet, test it just to be sure.
2 - Novabow: Based on GotP/Graboids, they lost with this deck alot though and had to discard loads.
2 - Time/Light duo: The stall version with Crusaders, Sancs, Sundials and Eternity. (Blessed Dunes not included) Not used alot.
1 - Time/Entropy duo: Discord or nova's. They propably had to discard quite a few nova's in the last 3 rounds.
0 - Time/Gravity duo: They had to discard loads of Gravity cards in rounds 1 and 3. Momentum/Dunes with Armagio's/Accel.
3 - Pharaoh deck: Mini Osiris, can grow quite strong if you let it be. Test it!

Decks they expect from us:
- We're not playing team Time this round.

Our counter tactic:
- We're not playing team Time this round.

:underworld UNDERWORLD

Opponents:
:earth - :fire - :air - :aether - :time

Decks:
4 - Rainbow 1: Lots of Denial, EQ's, Devourers. But also random stuff like a Miracle, Fractal, creatures, CC and PC. This will get tough!
2 - Entropy/Darkness duo: Lycan's, Steals, Dusk, Discord, BE, AM, you name it. They could use anything they want. Try to test some...

Is it just me or are Teams Death, Life and Time going to be forced to build incredibly gimped decks? They pretty much have to use every single card in their vault...

How is it even possible? This must be hell on their deck builder.

1st) There are a few teams that get a serious damage from this card.
2nd) We have two generals.
3rd) Nils, right now you hold the future of the war.

The decks that get hit most hard by this event card are obviously novabows.

jappert, you might wanna change some points of the thread.
we'd look at the part we know they take 35 cards or more so it might be good to look at stalls very careful.
