(? cards = Flooding)

Reduce the number of functional enemy creatures to 7 with Flooding, then pwn 6 of them with a pair of Octopi.  Fractal the Octopi early to deal with enemy creature control (EEs and Eternities do suck), then Fractal an Ice Dragon toward the end for a massive killing wave of dragony death.

Pwns lvl 5 pretty good, even won against Water/Time and against a Life/Entropy that used Thorn Shield to take down 9 different Octopi.   It's the only no-healing lvl 5 deck I've played that consistently wins.  No Masteries ever, but who cares?  It's unupgraded and fun.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Wow, I'm speechless. I have to say the old cards are all too plain boring because they generally don't do much, but these new cards are massively game turners. If these cards are ever implemented, which from what I understand they will, it will make the game again much more complex and possibly much harder. I'm undecided about whether that's good or not.

Also Note: Flooding does kill Immaterial creatures. It's currently a bug in the mechanic for the trainer. That's what Zanz said in chat.

This thing is to Nasty, This + Permafrost Shield + Squids + Aflatoxin = domination

It is quite fun to play though.

"neutral" creatures are no longer hit by flood - so aflatoxin/flood wont work anymore

With Out the Mag cell I don't think its near as OP as before.

I had a nasty deck with Nymph Tears getting out Death Nymph for aflatoxin

They have to become material to attack, we almost all can agree upon this. But you said in the other thread that they simply become material the second before they attack, thus never touching the board.
If so, lets Flooding affect immaterial creatures in the way that they stay in there dimension and are not able to attack.
So there would be no ongoing advantage of these creature unless flooding is destroyed.

simply, Immortal creatures take damage from environmental or truly global effects. they just can't be targeted, makes sense.

Is the drowning effect an instant, or x damage per turn?

it SHOULD  be a point or two of damage, somewhat similar to a Fire Buck.
