Just to be sure, this would mean that I for example can use water pillars in two decks, water pendulums in two other decks, and water mark in two other decks.

I could also for example use water pillars in two decks, water mark in one of those decks, and not use water pendulums at all in any deck.

Have I understood this rule correct?

Clarify this pls "All other cards can only be used in one deck."

As in "other"  cards all in one deck?
Or any other cards except nymphs, shards and QP ?

The rest of the cards in elements, including short sword, short bow, hammer, dagger, and shield.

This started out as the event Spice of Life (now locked).

You might consider some sort of substitution rule.  Expecting 24 players to stay in the event and complete all matches may be unrealistic.  I wrestled with the right solution in the original event and I'm still not sure what the solution is.

Rules look great.  Wish I could join but I don't think I can swing the timing.

Each deck may have an amount of upgrades equal to the amount of different cards in the deck. (unupped/upgraded cards count as the same)

Can these shift or are these locked in place as much as the deck build itself?

You will need to PM all your decks to the organizer, before the battle phase starts.

But the question is, if we decided to change what was upgraded, can we do that?  Or rather, do we even need to note what we plan on upgrading before we do so when the match happens?

The decks are sent to the organizer, which is Captain Scibra, with the upgrades included.

(Unless, of course, you've decided to participate in the event)

There won't be rounds, but there will be 'checkpoints' where you'll need to have played 'x' amount of games and posted 'x' amount of decks.
