My deck is ENTIRELY Gravity. How am I supposed to use a Winners Bracket deck? Buy them before the rounds?

No.

From the War Application templates (scroll down to the yellow text):

You can only use ONE game account for this event.

EDIT #2: Wait, I'll try for two decks. One Entropy and one Gravity.
EDIT #3: I won't use my KingOfArmagio account. I will use my GrammaErraz account (Entropy, good for grinding)

yes, you can make your deck 50% time (it's in the list for winners league deck rules) and do any mark + any other non-upgraded cards as you see fit.

Some late changes to the rules discussed in chat:

Last time there were people who were unable to complete two matches in the loser's bracket and got kicked. Because of this we have decided to make Underworld single-elimination.

Odd-numbered rounds will use the format for the winners bracket. Even-numbered rounds will use the format for the losers bracket.

I'm sorry for my noobness but i not sure i understood well the deckbuilding.
What does it mean "odd-numbered rounds" and "even-numbered rounds"?
Also, pillars count in reaching the 50% needed for the element?
Should i declare somewhere the element or the deck i use?
And then, i simply fight my opponent and the winner post the result in the round 1 thread?

As long as 50% of their deck is an element in the odd numbered rounds, the rest of their deck can be any element.

round 1 is odd-numbered round cuz 1 is odd-numbered; because 1/2 = 0.5 (not int)
round 2 is even-numbered cuz 2/2 =1 is int.

I know what even and odd numbers are !!! 
But i was confused and i swapped them in my mind! (I don't swap them in Italian, but i did in English!)
