We never got told that any of our actions were against the rules, or we would of course have remedied such immediately. Where did you get warned to use the member roles topic anyway? I can't find it on your forum.
It was mostly carried out in Chat and PMs.
But was resolved here

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14728.msg204867#msg204867Now for Kael. Team Order can be changed freely any time during the war. Member Roles cannot. However, there is no indication in the rules that a certain member HAS to start his thread. As ScaredGirl said, member roles are to even out and formalize the managing job and that we can "organize like we want".
This is why I didn't see a need to make a team order changelog of any sorts. However, I can recreate it from memory for you, if you see a need to have one.
Lol, I don't need you to do anything, in fact my detailng of player order would have been quite similar to yours detailing the change of order by PM if we had done so.
It was just the fact of us being told we would be penalised for not following a rule explicitly and then you getting away without having to do so.
If you look here
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14512.0.html it tells you what you have to have done and what we were berated about in the first few weeks, but it seems your team (and maybe others but what need is there to scruitineer non-winners) just did what you felt like.
Your board is secret, and so it should be, so the only people who could have questioned your area are warmasters and SG. It puzzles me why we were targeted with the threat of penalty and yet you were not.
I have been disheartened by this war. I don't think I'd like to play it again until some of the imbalances have been smoothed and made fairer.
To Whomever runs next war, when something is declared it needs to held the same for everyone. Impartiality is key.
