	WAR #3 - ROUND 2 Read the War Rules (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13006.0.html) Contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=293,3167) News: Effective Immediately. Rounds  must be recorded exactly in the  form indicated in the rules. Failure to do so will result in Penalty. Use the name listed in the pairings including the rank of General or Lieutenant. Also, to allow readability, any responding post before the loser logs their deck, will be deleted regardless of content. 4.1. WINNING A BATTLE Winner of the duel starts a new topic in the "Battle Results" section. For example if "KingKiller" from fights "LordOwner" from , and wins 2-1, he will start a topic titled: (Air) KingKiller 2 - (Water) LordOwner 1 Other Examples (Air) Gen. KingKiller 2 - (Water) Lt. LordOwner 1 (indicate any titles that players have) (Air) KingKiller 2 - (Water) (Sub) LordOwner 1 (use SUB to indicate that someone else played instead of LordOwner) In that topic KingKiller will post his deck, and give a short explanation on how the battle went. LordOwner will then reply to that same topic posting his deck. He can also talk about the battle if he so chooses but that's optional. Everyone can join the discussion in any of these results topics. There will be 48 duels this round covering 4 days of deckbuilding and 3 days of dueling.
Event Card: Loyalty: Win with a deck with no cards from other elements: Salvage 6 extra Cards. Notes: *Subs may claim the event Salvage	Deckbuilding: Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be posted on the secret team section. Team Deckbuilder starts the topic, and all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Duels: Round has ended Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=293,3167) Kael Hate or ddevans96. immediately. If the match doesn't happen, you both lose by default, unless one of you is clearly more active and/or more flexible. Duels are "best-of-three", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Notes: Due to PVP server issues the dueling phase has been extended by 24hrs. seraph replaces jmdt on team Gravity and will fight using his deck. I'd say you just accept the shit RNG throws at you and try to make the best of it. There's no shame in losing vs Generals or Lieuts, since they're all good players. It's very rewarding to pound them to dust though. Just give it your best!

As for entropy, I'm gonna avenge the Dutch for '74 and give them Germans a good beating. 10 versus 1 seems kinda unfair still...
