All things considered, I think this favors the teams with smaller vaults since RNG gets to let a fluke draw make a bigger impact.  And I approve.

According to ddevans it isn't when the round is posted but when the round has "been made" which is 22 GMT Yesterday. The switch was made before this round was posted but not when the round "was made". Hence we must sub again if LD cannot play. @ LD go the library or something lol.
